Yes. We do offer refunds in certain cases with proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if
the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that
we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and
let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

If the product received was defective or incorrect, Harmony Leaf will reship out or refund the original order. In all other cases, the return shipping is on the customer.

Yes! You’ll receive a subscription management link by email after your first order. From there, you can:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Swap products
- Skip a delivery
- Pause or cancel anytime
You’ll be billed on the same day your order renews, typically the date your shipment is processed.
Most discounts apply to one-time purchases only, but subscribers automatically receive built-in savings on every recurring order.

Matcha is a finely ground green tea powder known for its vibrant flavor, antioxidants, and calm energy.
Hojicha is roasted green tea with a toasty, smooth taste and lower caffeine, perfect for afternoons or evenings.
Powders (like matcha or hojicha) are traditional and versatile. They are great for lattes, baking, or smoothies.
Concentrates (matcha or chai) are in liquid form and ready to use. Just pour, add milk or water, and enjoy.
We offer matcha products with and without added sugar. Concentrates may be lightly sweetened for balance. Please check the label for details.
